AI applications are different: significantly better models appear every few months, cloud providers' interfaces change, your document base grows and employees find new uses. Without maintenance, an application becomes slow, inaccurate or insecure after a year.

What we do on an ongoing basis

• Monitoring: Is the server running? How long do answers take? Are there errors? We usually notice problems before you do.
• Security updates: Operating system, containers, libraries and inference software are updated regularly.
• Model changes: When a better model is released, we test it with your typical questions and only roll it out once the answers are demonstrably better.
• Quality control: A fixed set of test questions with known correct answers shows after every change whether quality is still right.
• Data maintenance: New documents are read in automatically, outdated ones are removed.
• Backups: configuration, database and search index are backed up, and restoration is tested regularly.
• Further development: From a monthly block of hours, we implement small requests without a new quote each time.

Taking over existing applications

Do you have an application built by another service provider or a former employee? We review the code, servers and documentation and give a written assessment: condition, risks, what needs doing immediately. Then you decide whether we take over operation.
