How is the value credited?
We value your old devices as in a normal purchase and deduct the amount from the price of the new or refurbished devices.
Does the minimum quantity of 100 devices apply?
When taking trade-ins as part of a delivery, we also discuss smaller quantities.
Are the old devices wiped?
Yes, with a record per serial number, as with every purchase.
