IT support at a fixed price: one contact for everything.

In small businesses, “whoever knows most about it” often looks after IT on the side. That works until something fails, an update goes wrong or an attack gets through. With fixed-price IT support we take over this task for a fixed monthly fee per workstation and server.

What typically belongs with it

• Monitoring and updates: Windows, macOS and server updates are managed centrally. Antivirus and drive health are monitored.
• Backup: daily backup with an offline copy. Once a quarter we run a test restore, so you can be sure it works when it matters.
• Users and devices: set up new staff, sign leavers off cleanly, prepare notebooks.
• Replacement devices: if a computer fails, a refurbished replacement from our stock is ready.
• Network and printers: Routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, printers and scanners.
• Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: Accounts, mailboxes, shares, security settings.
• Documentation: You receive an up-to-date overview of devices, accounts and contracts. This way you are not dependent on us.
• Annual review: What needs to be renewed, what can go, where can you save?

Who it is for

For offices and businesses with roughly 3 to 30 workstations in Berlin, without an in-house IT department. If you already have a service provider, we can also take over individual areas only, such as backup and hardware.

How the price is determined

After an on-site inventory you receive a quote with a fixed monthly amount per workstation and server. It states exactly what is included and what is charged separately, for example major conversions or new hardware.
