Technology we use
We choose the technology to suit the task. Our standard: PHP 8, MySQL or MariaDB, JavaScript in the browser and Python for data processing. You own the source code and are not tied to a subscription tool.
- Hosting on Plesk, delivery via GitHub: every change is a commit with version history
- Database with backups, access only through protected login
- PDF creation with dompdf, Excel export with SimpleXLSXGen, email sending with PHPMailer
- Security from day 1: access rights, input validation, security headers, no programs in upload folders

What does a custom web application cost?
A fixed price depends on the scope. A simple application for one task is often between €2,000 and €4,000, a larger order management system with several interfaces usually €4,000 to €8,000, more depending on scope. Before that come an analysis for €300 to €800 and, if you wish, a prototype for €800 to €2,000 so you can test the process.
Can the application be extended later?
Yes. We build it so that new functions are added as separate modules and you do not have to start again.
Who owns the source code?
You do. You receive the code, a description and operating instructions.
Can you build a customer portal?
Yes. A customer area where your customers can see status, documents and invoices is a typical web application for us. We quote a fixed price after analysis and a prototype; guide prices are in the price list.
