Frequently asked questions

Can you connect every shop with every platform?

No, not every connection is technically possible. We connect anything that offers an interface or an export. We check this together beforehand.

Does a connection breach marketplace rules?

We only work with official interfaces and comply with the platform's terms. Whether your use is permitted also depends on your contract with the platform.

What happens if an interface changes?

Platforms change their interfaces. In the "application and interface operation" package we check this regularly and adapt the connection.

Can stock be synchronised between eBay, Amazon and WooCommerce?

Yes, via the official interfaces (eBay, Amazon SP-API, WooCommerce REST API). Stock levels and prices are pushed from one list to all channels; we first check which data each platform allows.
