Frequently asked questions
Is an upgrade still worthwhile?
If the processor is sufficient for the tasks, an SSD and more memory often bring the biggest noticeable gain. We first check whether the effort is worthwhile compared with a replacement device.
What about Windows 10?
Since October 2025 Windows 10 no longer receives free security updates; companies can only buy paid Extended Security Updates (ESU). We check which devices are suitable for Windows 11 and propose replacements for the rest.
Will you come to us?
For larger quantities, we work on site or collect the devices and bring them back upgraded.
