We buy company laptops from off-lease devices, hardware swaps and office clearances in lots of 100 devices or more. You receive a fixed price, we collect, erase the drives with a certificate and refurbish the notebooks for reuse.
Which notebooks we buy
Minimum quantity 100 devices per lot, mixed lots possible.
- Lenovo ThinkPad (T, X, L and E series), Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook and ProBook, Fujitsu Lifebook
- Apple MacBook Air and MacBook Pro from company stock
- Convertibles and 2-in-1 devices such as Surface and X1 Yoga
- Devices from roughly the last eight processor generations, older ones on request
- With or without power adapter, docking stations as part of the lot
- Also defective devices, which are valued as spare parts donors

Why we buy these devices
Business notebooks are robustly built, easy to repair and, after three to five years of company use, usually still technically sound. After cleaning, testing and, if needed, a new battery or SSD, they are good for many more years, for example in schools, small businesses and with private customers.
We dismantle faulty devices and use displays, mainboards, keyboards and batteries as spare parts. What can no longer be used goes to proper recycling under ElektroG.
Frequently asked questions
Do you buy laptops without a power adapter?
Yes. Missing power adapters are factored into the valuation but are not a reason for exclusion.
Do the laptops have to be wiped beforehand?
No. We erase all drives ourselves and document this per serial number. If your IT has already erased them, we check this on a sample basis.
What about BIOS passwords and device management?
Please remove BIOS/UEFI passwords, Computrace/Absolute locks and the assignment in Autopilot, Intune or similar MDM systems. Locked devices can only be valued as spare parts donors.
