From phone photo to finished listing, without a computer

In our spare parts business, new stock is no longer entered at a desk. The workflow starts with a phone and ends with a finished listing in the shop and on the marketplace.

PhotographAn employee photographs the item with a phone: label, front and back. The photos are saved automatically to a Dropbox folder.
RecogniseThe AI reads the label: manufacturer, model, serial number, capacity and firmware, and detects visible defects.
MatchIn the CRM it checks whether the item is already listed and takes over stock, price range and description from comparable listings.
DraftIt creates the listing draft with title, description, item specifics and the matching photos.
ApprovalThe owner reviews the draft on the phone and approves it with one click. Only then does the listing go online.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need new software for this?

Usually not. We connect the AI to your existing systems: email, cloud storage, CRM, inventory management or marketplaces. If a central system is missing, we build it as a web application tailored to your workflow.

Does this really work without a computer?

Yes. Photos, voice messages and approvals are handled on the phone. The AI works in the background on the server; the employee does not need to install or type anything.

What happens if the AI makes a mistake?

That is why it produces drafts rather than final decisions. Anything involving money, customers or contracts is approved by a person. We record corrections as rules so that the same mistake does not happen again.

Where is our data processed?

Depending on the task, either with a cloud provider under a data processing agreement or with an open model on your own hardware. We recommend the right solution for each workflow and document it.

What does the rollout cost?

Analysing a workflow costs €300–800 net. You then receive a fixed price for the implementation. Operation and maintenance are available from €99 / month.
